Refund & Cancellation
Our policy on returns and cancellations.
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, current return policies apply. Please email us at support@happytailsfood.com for cancellation requests.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return to PerFood Pet Care Pvt Ltd, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of pet food that has been opened or whose seal has been tampered with.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh treats).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Happytailsfood with your order reference number. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once PerFood Pet Care Pvt Ltd receives and inspects your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide a photo of the damage and your order reference so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item via the Happytailsfood store.
